Studies show that CBD helps with:

  • Stress
  • Mood Support
  • Focus
  • Promotes Relaxation
  • Supports Healthy Response
  • Supports Cognitive Health
  • Promotes Calmness
  • Energy
  • Tension

And so much more outside of Mental Health support

“CBD will show up on a drug test and cost me my job”

This is not true. Drug tests screen for THC, the psychoactive agent in cannabis. CBD is a non-psychoactive and non-intoxicating compound.  Most CBD has a negligible amount of  THC and isolate CBD is THC-free and effective.

“CBD will make me sleepy and unable to focus”

Very high doses of CBD can be sleep promoting but CBD is not a sedative. Moderate doses of CBD are energizing, causing feelings of alertness and focus after taking it.

“CBD is weed and still gets you high”

CBD is not the same thing as marijuana or weed. It’s true that CBD comes from the same plant as weed or THC, but it does not get you high. In fact,  some experts argue that CBD counteracts the “scary high” feelings of THC and works as an anti-psychotic.

"You can build a tolerance to CBD”

"You can build a tolerance to CBD”

A report from the World Health Organization shows that CBD is non-habit forming.  You will not develop a tolerance to it and you can not overdose on it.  CBD  is a gentle, supportive supplement that works with your body to promote balance.

"All CBD is the same"

Some would love you to believe this. Some CBD is ineffective because of its source.  It's  important to know the source and the extraction method of your CBD.  Look for a Certificate of Analysis  to confirm what is and is not in your CBD. Many have pesticides, metals and herbicides and are not USDA certified organic.  I would be happy to connect you  with  a company that I have partnered with that provides all the qualities of a premium product to get the results that you are looking for.
